8月28日，中國(guó)鋁業(yè)發(fā)布了半年業(yè)績(jī)報(bào)告，中國(guó)鋁業(yè)上半年實(shí)現(xiàn)營(yíng)業(yè)收入701億元，歸屬于母公司虧損41.23億元。中鋁內(nèi)部人士表示，中鋁的虧損主要源自于鋁價(jià)的下跌。
資料顯示，今年上半年，上海三月期鋁最低下探至12635元/噸，倒退回了25年前的價(jià)格水平。盡管后期上海三月期鋁半年均價(jià)反彈到13442元每噸，但仍然同比下跌了近10%。
產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩是直接原因。根據(jù)中國(guó)有色協(xié)會(huì)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，今年上半年中國(guó)電解鋁累計(jì)產(chǎn)量達(dá)1150.2萬(wàn)噸，同比增長(zhǎng)8.9%。
與此同時(shí)，統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)表明，新疆電解鋁的運(yùn)行產(chǎn)能今年年底將增加到500萬(wàn)噸，從2011年的50萬(wàn)噸左右，最近4年增長(zhǎng)了10倍。多位業(yè)內(nèi)人士直言，產(chǎn)能瘋長(zhǎng)的背后正是地方政府的巨大保增長(zhǎng)壓力，從而導(dǎo)致鋁行業(yè)投資熱度始終不減，造成了資金、資源和環(huán)境的浪費(fèi)與破壞。
高電費(fèi)是另一層原因。
中鋁半年公告中指出，電費(fèi)目前已占到電解鋁總成本的45%左右。根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，具有自備電的鋁企比電網(wǎng)購(gòu)買(mǎi)工業(yè)電的鋁企每千瓦時(shí)用電價(jià)格低出2角錢(qián)以上，從而電解鋁的生產(chǎn)成本降低2800元/噸。（中國(guó)進(jìn)出口網(wǎng)）
On August 28, Chinese aluminum industry released half-year performance report, its first-half operating income reached ¥70.1 billion, and the parent company it attributed is ¥4.123 billion loss. Aluminum insiders said the loss was mainly derived from aluminum price’ drop.
Data shows that in the first half of this year, Shanghai March aluminum lowest price dropped to ¥12,635/ton, back to the price 25 years ago. Despite later Shanghai March aluminum’s average price in half an year rebounded to ¥13,442/ton, but still fell by nearly 10%.
Overcapacity is the direct cause. China Nonferrous metals Association data shows that in the first half of this year, China's electrolytic aluminum cumulative production reached 11.502 million tons, increasing by 8.9%.
At the same time, data shows that Xinjiang electrolytic aluminum production can be increased to 5 million tons by the end of this year,. From about 500,000 tons in 2011, aluminum production increased by 10 times in the last four years. Many insiders said, the reason was local goverments’ tremendous pressure to maintain growth, leading to heat the aluminum industry investment, resulting in waste and destruction of capital, resources and the environment.
High electricity grid is another reason.
Aluminum six-month notice said that the electricity has accounted for about 45% of the total cost of electrolytic aluminum. According to statistics, the electricity price (KW/h) of the aluminum industry having owned electricity is lower 2 cents than that of the aluminum industry purchasing industrial electricity, therefore the cost of electrolytic aluminum production reduced to ¥2800/ton.
