今年APEC會(huì)議的主題為“共建面向未來的亞太伙伴關(guān)系”，下設(shè)3大議題，分別是“推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、改革與增長(zhǎng)，加強(qiáng)全方位基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和互聯(lián)互通建設(shè)”。近十年，我國(guó)與APEC成員貿(mào)易往來保持一定增速。
一、 貿(mào)易規(guī)模不斷攀升
海關(guān)信息網(wǎng)（www.haiguan.info）數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2004-2013年十年間，除2009年受國(guó)際金融危機(jī)影響外，我國(guó)與APEC貿(mào)易額持續(xù)增加。從2004年對(duì)APEC成員進(jìn)出口0.84萬億美元，到2013年增加到2.67萬億美元，今年1-9月增加到1.98萬億美元。2004年，我國(guó)與APEC進(jìn)出口增速達(dá)34.39%，為近十年最高增速。
二、貿(mào)易市場(chǎng)集中度高
我與APEC成員貿(mào)易往來高度集中在美國(guó)、中國(guó)香港、日本、韓國(guó)和中國(guó)臺(tái)灣省。2014年1-9月，我國(guó)與上述5個(gè)市場(chǎng)的進(jìn)出口達(dá)1.26萬億美元，占我與APEC進(jìn)出口額的63.64%。其中，我國(guó)對(duì)美國(guó)貿(mào)易往來位列首位，進(jìn)出口4045.11億美元，增長(zhǎng)6.69%。與越南貿(mào)易增長(zhǎng)最快，進(jìn)出口572.58億美元，快速增長(zhǎng)21.84%。
三、進(jìn)口以集成電路和糧農(nóng)資源類商品為主
APEC成員進(jìn)口前3甲商品分別為集成電路、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品和食品。其中，進(jìn)口集成電路1513.11億美元，下滑9.24%，占同期我國(guó)自APEC成員進(jìn)口總額的16.58%。進(jìn)口農(nóng)產(chǎn)品和食品分別為539.99億美元和434.84億美元。其余進(jìn)口商品以資源類商品為主，包括原油、煤及褐煤和成品油等。
