Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, Machine-collected and night Harvest for the grapes from the high marsh .

Vineyard situation: At a slope of the Aragonese pre-Pyrenees, 450 meters height. We use the night harvest technique in order to preserve the special characteristics of our grapes.

Manufacture method: Pre-fermentative cold maceration between 6 and 9 degrees that allows settling the fermentation times. It allows the fermentation time. After stripping, a slight pressure releases the flower juice ending its fermentation between 25 and 28 degrees. It finally remains for 6 months in French Oak Casket.

Bouquet: Garnacha aromas. The blackberry bush stands among the other aromas and the subtle notes of black pepper. French oak final tones.

Mouth: Soft attack deploying its mineral taste. Intense and long, showing the bulk and density from old vine Garnacha.

Gastronomy: Serve between 16 and 18 degrees. Ideal with hunting meat, red and White meats and stews.
